BeEnergy SG GmbH collects and processes your personal data in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations as well as the provisions of this data protection declaration. In the following, we inform you of the kind, extent and purpose of the collection and use of your personal data.

Server log files
When accessing our website, your web browser automatically transmits data to our web server for technical reasons. In this context, among other things, the date and the time of access, the URL of the referring website, the requested file, the amount of transmitted data, the browser type and its version, the operating system of the accessing computer and its IP address are logged. The storage takes place separately from other data which you enter, for example, when using our website.
If necessary, we use the log files to resolve technical problems or to clarify legal violations and offences. If we evaluate data for statistical purposes, the evaluation will only take place after prior anonymization by shortening the IP address and reducing other information which would allow conclusion on the individual website visitor. In so doing, it is not possible for us to assign data records to identifiable individuals.

Master data and inventory data
Insofar as a contractual relationship is to be established between you and us, or provisions of such an agreement are to be specified or amended, we will collect and process your personal data only to the extent it is necessary to fulfill the business purposes. To enable the use of our internet services or to invoicing chargeable internet services we collect and process personal data to the extent it is necessary. In this context, we record characteristics that identify the user, details on the beginning and the end of use as well as its extent.
For the purposes of needs-based design of our internet offering, we are allowed to create and evaluate usage profiles when using pseudonyms. We are not allowed to and will not combine the usage profiles with data about the bearer of the pseudonym. You have the right to object to this use of your data

In the event of an order of a public authority, we are permitted and obliged to disclose the data as stated above in individual cases. This exemption applies if it is necessary to carry out prosecution proceedings, to prevent dangers, to fulfil the statutory tasks of the constitution protection authorities or the military intelligence as well as to enforce right holders´rights.

Security of processing
To protect your personal data and to guarantee the IT security we have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures. These measures are regularly reviewed with regard to their effectivity and checked for correctness according to the state-of-the-art.

If you register on our website or if you send us inquiries by using the contact form your data contained in those forms will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of data processing. Our website uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content.

We primarily use the following services of this provider: domain, website, email, hosting as well as cloud and server. By making use of these services, the provider processes on behalf of us personal data to some extent that arises in connection with these services.
Furthermore, our domain is hosted by Ionos SE, based in Montabaur. The company ensures high standards regarding IT security and is obliged to comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation and other national data protection laws.



Third Party Services
To make the use of our website easier and to be able to improve it continuously, we also utilize third-party services. In this case, personal data is possibly collected for us or, by using mechanisms, personal data is possibly transmitted to these service providers for data processing. We have selected all entities involved in the data processing carefully and have agreed with them the compliance with the data protection regulations; we also check the compliance at regular intervals.

Deleting data
If the purpose for data storage ceases to be relevant, we delete the data in consideration of data subject rights and time limits for deletion of data unless we have a legitimate interest in longer storage or there is a legal provision to store data for a longer period.
